Follow these steps to let ChatGPT create a lead in this demo CRM using Agent Process and WebMCP.

Install the Agent Process Browser Extension

Download the extension bundle here: agentprocess-0.1.0.zip
Then load it in your browser as an unpacked extension.

Download and import the “Create a lead” process

Download the sample process here: create_a_new_lead.agentprocess.json
Then import it into the Agent Process extension.

Launch the process

Make sure the process is active for this demo page.

Enable the ChatGPT browser extension

Open ChatGPT with browser access enabled so it can use the available WebMCP tool.

Ask ChatGPT to create the lead

Use this prompt:

Create a Lead John Doe john.doe@example.com Doe Co. Use MCP.

Once ChatGPT calls the tool, Agent Process should open the New lead form, fill it in, and create the lead automatically. The extension build is available to download from the project folder for local testing.
